These terms govern your purchase from Roberta Anton, trading as PrettyPlanette, 107 Rilstone Road, Birmingham, B32 2NT, United Kingdom. By buying, you accept them.

What you are buying

A single-user licence to the digital planner files, not ownership of the work. You may download them to your own devices, annotate them, and print pages for your own personal use.

You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or republish the files, in whole or in part, and you may not use them or any part of their design in anything you sell.

The planner, its layouts and its design remain the property of PrettyPlanette.

Delivery

Files are delivered immediately after payment, by download link and by email. Nothing is posted.

Price and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any tax due. Payment is taken by Shopify.

What the planner is

A dated digital planner for the academic year September 2026 to August 2027, designed for tablets and PDF annotation apps. Compatibility is listed on the product page. It is a planning tool, not advice of any kind, and no particular outcome is promised from using it.

The free sample

The free week is a limited sample of the full planner, provided at no cost. It carries the same licence terms: personal use only, no redistribution.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See the refund policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
