Refund policy

PrettyPlanette planners are digital files. You receive them the moment you pay, so there is nothing to send back.

The short version

Because the files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are not refundable for a change of mind. If something is actually wrong with what you received, you will get working files or your money back.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online.

For digital content delivered straight away, that right ends once the download begins — but only where you expressly consented to delivery starting immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the right by doing so. You give that consent at checkout. It is not a formality: without it, the 14-day right would still apply.

What cannot be signed away

Nothing above affects your rights if the planner is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Those rights stand regardless of anything in this policy.

If something is wrong

If a download link fails, a file is corrupt, the hyperlinks do not work as described, or you cannot open what you paid for, email prettyplanette@gmail.com. You will get working files or a full refund. There is no time limit on this.

Before you buy, please check the compatibility list on the product page. PrettyPlanette planners are built for tablets. They will open on a phone but are not designed for one, and that is stated clearly before purchase.

The free week

The free sample costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If it will not open, email and it will be sorted.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. Access to the files is withdrawn when a refund is issued.
