Buying and delivery

How do I receive my planner?
Instantly. A download link appears on the confirmation page the moment you pay, and the same link is emailed to you.

Is anything posted to me?
No. PrettyPlanette planners are digital files. Nothing physical is sent.

I didn't get my email.
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is not there, email prettyplanette@gmail.com with the name you ordered under and I will resend it.

Can I get a refund?
Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, purchases are non-refundable. Please check the compatibility list before you buy — and if something is genuinely wrong with the file, email me and I will fix it.

Devices and apps

What do I need?
A tablet and a PDF annotation app. Goodnotes 5 or 6, or Notability, are the two it is designed around.

Does it work on Android?
Yes. Xodo and Samsung Notes both handle the hyperlinks properly. Penly works too.

Will it work on my phone?
It will open, but it is built for tablets. The pages are sized for a tablet screen and a stylus, so a phone will feel cramped.

Do I need an Apple Pencil?
No. Any stylus works, and so does a finger. The pages are sized for real handwriting rather than shrunk down from a printable.

Can I print it?
You can print selected pages, but it is designed screen-first and printing loses the navigation.

The planner itself

Is it dated or undated?
Dated — September 2026 to August 2027, with a real page for every single day.

How many pages?
1,216, with 37,220 working hyperlinks.

What are the colour themes?
Signature, Blush, Matcha, Lavender, Mocha and Monochrome. Same planner, six different feelings.

Can I use it for university?
It was built by a law student for exactly that. There is a timetable, a module tracker, an assignment tracker with weightings, an exam tracker, a revision planner, an essay planner, and a Deadline Control Centre that shows what is due, what it is worth, and what the next action is.

What if I fall behind?
You will, and it is built for that. There is a Reset, a Weekly Reset, and a Bad Day page that asks nothing of you.
